Honey Mint Tea

The weather is getting hot and humid here, by having a cup of honey mint tea definitely can quench the thirst away. Nevertheless, you can also enjoy an aromatic and soothing tea while enjoying the movie, sandy beach or a book. I have got a weak stomach recently, I found mint is one of the natural remedy of soothing the nervous stomach. My mom use the other type of hairy min leaves to boil tea with brown sugar. That one is believe as a good cure to bad cough.
I love mints and only add it in my assam laksa. ;) Now you give me a better and healthier alternative to consume it. Will go to look for mints first and try out your recipe. ;)
